Aajene Robinson

Aajene Robinson is super excited to join the WBRC 6 News family. Aajene was born and raised in Los Angeles, California until she was 11 years old, and then her family moved to Lexington, South Carolina!

Aajene graduated from The University of Alabama. During her time at the capstone, she immersed herself in the world of journalism and communications.

She is the new Shelby County reporter, and she is eager to represent the growing community.

Prior to joining the WBRC team, Aajene interned at WVUA23 during her time at UA in Tuscaloosa before taking on a full-time position with the station. She was with WVUA for three years.

When Aajene is not out in the community, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family living life to the fullest.
