FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The bulk of the rain has moved out of the area and only a few showers on Sunday evening.

Overnight, a cold front will swing through, dropping temperatures pretty dramatically by Monday morning. Lows will be in the low 50s for most of us. We should be mostly dry for the morning commute on Monday.

Expect quite a bit of cloud cover through the day on Monday. Scattered rain showers are expected to return in the afternoon and evening thanks to the system that affected us on Sunday leaving some residual showers around. High temperatures on Monday will be between 65 and 70. This is normally the high temperatures for mid fall, not late summer.

Isolated showers are possible on Tuesday as well, primarily before 5pm, then we’ll start to see the clouds clear out. Wednesday through the weekend, we’ll have high temperatures in the low 80s and a mostly sunny sky.
