Northrop head coach Doerffler expected to join Leo

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Northrop head football coach Jason Doerffler is expected to be named the next head coach of the Leo Lions, a source confirms with WPTA.
Doerffler spent eight seasons leading the Bruins to a 23-58 record.
The move is pending board approval on Tuesday night.
Former Leo head coach Jared Sauder stepped down from the position in April to become assistant principal at the high school.
