Rams WR Skowronek’s parents, Dave and Jodi, proud of son’s perseverance on journey to Super Bowl

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Dave and Jodi Skowronek always knew their son, Ben, could do anything he put his mind to and, now, they revel in his journey to Los Angeles Rams wide receiver, as a rookie, set for Super Bowl LVI on NBC.
Ben Skowronek fought through numerous injuries on his path to the NFL, but when his name was called as the 249th selection in the 2021 NFL Draft, all of his perseverance paid off, as the 24-year-old signed a four-year rookie contract with the Rams.
Dave and Jodi reminisce on the hard times, additionally, thankful for an, overwhelmingly, joyful present.
