FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Ranked as one of the top five players in the nation by ESPN, Homestead senior and future UConn wing Ayanna Patterson invited to the McDonald’s All-American Games in Chicago, IL. on Tuesday.

The six-foot-two five-star prospect is one of 24 girls across the country who will play on March 29, 2022 at Wintrust Arena.

Patterson joins the likes of Michael Jordan, Breanna Stewart and LeBron James, now etched in history as one of 1584 high school players to ever be McDonald’s All-Americans, since the first games played in 1977.
