NEW INFO: Police arrest two women related to Aaliyah Ramirez

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - According to Palm Beach County Police, two women related to Aaliyah Ramirez were arrested in Florida Friday night.

On Friday, the Syracuse Police Department confirmed with Fort Wayne’s NBC News that 14-year-old Aaliyah Ramirez had been found safe.

Authorities in Syracuse say Ramirez was last seen in late April in here town of Syracuse.

The women arrested are 25-year-old Allissa Sands and 47-year-old Elizabeth Sands who is Aaliyah’s grandmother.

According to the Palm Beach County Police Department, there have not been charges filed against the two women.
